Mr. Chong's portfolio is consisted of the MOFCOM General News Agency, MOFCOM Special Commissioners' Offices in different localities, and the Economic and Commercial Counselors' Offices of the Chinese Embassies in foreign countries. He also assists Minister Bo Xilai in his responsibilities with respect to the General Office.
