Biography

Chong Quan, male, ethnic Han, is a native of Tianchang city of Anhui Province. He was born in December 1952 and joined the CPC in November 1970. He graduated from Beijing Foreign Trade Institute, majoring in English, and has acquired the title of Economic Engineer.
